Opus Environmental Training Centre is proud to deliver the “Making Good Decisions (MGD) Programme” on behalf of the Ministry for the Environment in New Zealand. The purpose of the Programme is to equip councillors, community board members and independent commissioners
with the skills and knowledge to make better decisions under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA).
A Foundation course and Recertification options are offered, with training material extensively and regularly revised to accommodate legislative requirements and offer the most relevant training possible.
